Joyce Dostale

Joyce Dostale is a highly experienced operational executive who has been successfully building companies based on creative ideas for the past 20 years. Joyce has been with AWare since 2005 in an operational role and assumed the CEO position in 2nd quarter of 2009.

Prior to her work with AWare, Joyce served as CEO for The Screen House, one of Adweek's 100 top Interactive firms.

Before joining The Screen House, Joyce held senior executive positions at a number of software companies including Oberon Software, New Code Technology, The Internet Company, and Dotware.

In addition to those engagements, Joyce was a business and management consultant specializing in high-growth, emerging technology companies. She has successfully grown, sold, and merged technologically advanced, IT-driven companies. She is also a serial entrepreneur, being a member of the founding team of several innovative companies.
